We had a wonderful experience on our recent visit. We made reservation for our nephew’s birthday, a table for 5. We were greeted and seated to our place. The server was very friendly and was provided with menu. We had our on the house bread and butter. She took the order for drinks and appetisers. They drinks and appetisers came soon. Our cocktails were great and presentation was excellent. Kids food were served before us that made our dinning experience great. Kids enjoyed chicken grilled and ribs. I got salad and grilled salmon. Birthday boy got chicken pasta. For dessert we had chocolate brownies. Birthday boy was served on the house cheesecake which said Happy Birthday. Our server made sure we had a wonderful experience. She would come over to check on us if we wanted to add some drinks or anything else. Really enjoyed our lunch at Firebirds.

What a GREAT experience!! We went on Father's Day and they rose up to the occasion and more! You can tell they really think about maximizing guest experience and doing their best to ensure it's the best it can possibly be. Our server, Jennifer, was AWESOME. She was very attentive and went next level with lots of attention to details like melted ice and clearing dishes. Also, the manager, Tatiana, was INCREDIBLE. We had a few special needs and she went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had the perfect visit. We are so grateful. The food and drinks? Also GREAT!! We loved every sip and bite. We tried ribs, ribeyes, salmon, the deviled eggs (that candied bacon is EVERYTHING ), onion rings, cheesecake and the brownie. All delicious. Drinks wise, I definitely recommend the Double Black Diamond (?) Pineapple Martini. Great experience for us!! We will definitely be back!!

We had reservations for a party of four to celebrate my birthday and were promptly greeted and seated upon arrival, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. Shai was our server, and she was absolutely perfect! I chose her salmon recommendation, which was chef’s kiss. She also surprised me with an appetizer and dessert, which were both equally delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I’m already looking forward to the next time!

Was able to schedule a reservation online. Seated and immediately greeted by Niko! Can I say he’s the best waiter I’ve experienced in the Carolina’s. He made awesome food recommendations and made sure our beverages were refilled. The food was fresh and seasoned well. Will support again.

We had an amazing experience at Firebirds! The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails were perfect, and the service was outstanding. Our server Tess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and to top it off, they surprised us with a free dessert to celebrate our move to town. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our night even more special. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

I wanted to share my fantastic experience from my first visit to your restaurant. It was my anniversary, and the quality of the food was truly amazing – everything was incredibly delicious, and I would recommend it 100%! We ordered the shrimp, wings, and the aged steak, which was absolutely the highlight of the meal. In addition to the wonderful food, the service was also outstanding. Our server, Michael (if I remember his name correctly), was very friendly and attentive. We were so touched when he surprised us with a complimentary dessert and an anniversary card at the end of our meal. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so special. We look forward to dining with you again soon.

This was our first time visiting and it was amazing! The absolute best food I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Everything was cooked to perfection! It was very busy, but our waiter was very courteous and attentive to our needs. Great establishment and we will visit again soon.

My son treated us to this establishment for our 35th wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was exceptional, particularly the uniquely shaped fire pits. Our server, Shelby, provided outstanding service, demonstrating a clear understanding and execution of her duties. The manager also exhibited a pleasant demeanor and engaging personality. We plan to return in the future.
